I hope you've come to this site having read the free report available at:

If you've not read the report please do so, as the following results will make little sense to you without having read it.
In brief I decided to carry out a bit of research by applying the weight loss hypnosis program from the report to myself over the past 9 weeks. Here are my weight loss statistics:
week 1 2lbs
week 2 4lbs
week 3 5lbs
week 4 3lbs
week 5 6lbs
week 6 6lbs
week 7 5lbs
week 8 3lbs
week 9 1lb (Christmas week)
Total weight lost in 9 weeks 35lbs
Here's some thoughts on how the process has been for me:
- As you'd expect I have the full weight loss hypnosis package available and got into the discipline of listening to at least two of the programs at least once a day. Generally once in the morning and once before retiring for bed. I tended to listen to the "Think Thin" in the morning and one of the others in the evening. Think thin is only just over 14 minutes long, so it won't detract from your daily routine.
- As the weeks went by, I found myself changing my attitude towards food and exercise. I used to belong to a number of gyms over the past couple of years, but could never find the motivation to attend. However listening to the hypnosis program gave me a renewed motivation to exercise, which I started doing at home. I purchased a very cheap swiss exercise ball and few bits of exercise equipment including a chin-up bar for the door frame and a elastic expander (purchased from JJB sports for $20...think it's made by a company called Gold's gym)
- Without any real conscious effort I started to eat healthier and added exercise to my routine. No real will-power was involved, I just felt compelled to behave differently, and my attitude to both things began to change. When grocery shopping I purchased more the "right" foods and less of the empty calorie adding.
- I felt much better about myself, and so far have not had a reversal in weight loss, which was so common with the various diets I attempted previously. I have had a slow up in weight loss during Christmas week, which I'm not overly concerned about.
- Some of the exercises I've decide to do, will help reduce fat and increase muscle bulk. This should increase my baseline metabolism and help burn more calories.
- As part of the new year I'm planning to work on other aspects of myself, which are often dented by gaining weight, such as self-esteem. Again I plan to use the hypnosis approach that so far has been so effective.
I'll try and update my progress again in the new year!

Hello, I'm a user....of the hypnosis program. My success has been less spectacular and I've lost about 12lbs in 5 weeks. I'm very pleased and hope the next 5 weeks are as good.
